You do, we only register your domain
Can I move my site to another host or provider?
Yes, we only ask for a small admin fee to complete the task
Are there hidden costs within the packages?
NO! The package price is the price you pay
Can I have more than one domain?
Yes, depending on the project we often recommended registering both .com & .co.uk versions of your site at the very least. Along with possible variations of the domain name, this is not essential but can be useful for those looking to build a big name brand.
How many email accounts can I have?
We find that most people do not require more than 1 or 2 email accounts, but we can provide you with an infinite amount of email accounts. Just let us know what you need and we will set them up for you,
How long does it take to build a website?
How long is a piece of string? Much like anything else, it will depend on both work load and project detail details. Example: small sites can be online within 7 days; more complex sites can take more than a month. We understand that when it comes to the internet time is of the essences so we do try and complete projects in a timely manner
What coding do you use?
For standard static pages we code in a combination of XHTML and CSS for dynamic database driven websites we use PHP and MYSQL. All coded to be highly optimised and meet all of today’s standards.
Can I have animated / flash pages?
Yes, flash animation is a great way of getting people’s attention; we can also provide or edit videos media too.
How soon will my website be visible on the search engines?
This is a hard question to answer as search engine can often have a backlog of websites waiting to be indexed. But we are happy to say that every site we create has been carefully crafted to obtain good search engine results. As standard we perform basic optimisation tweaks and notify the big search engines such as Yahoo, Bing and Google.
What do I need to provide you to get my website online?
Again not easy to answer but to put simply, the more you give the more you get. But in all honesty deciding on what you want to put online and what you expect you achieve from your site is the only essential information we need.

We have servers within a number of the World’s largest and safest data centres including Texas, Chicago, Florida and London to insure we are always online.

Yes, depending on your website needs and the host you are looking to use
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, although we try to keep our prices as low as possible we do offer further discounts for non profit organisations, charities and local schools.
